I Have Added New Habit in My Life

I have a dozen good habits, whatever habits require me to become a successful person. I have developed them over the last five years; a few examples are reading, writing, bathing, exercising, and waking up in the morning, although all these habits have existed for the last 100 years, even more than that. Almost 95% of Billionaires and Millionaires have the same habits.

But recently, I have developed Switch off my phone. Early in the morning from 5 AM to 8 AM and evening from 8 PM to 10 PM.

Switching off the phone gives me ultimate satisfaction

I have switched off my phone for 5 hours every day, these 5 hours nobody can disturb me. Currently, I am developing my writing habits and hope my writing will soon improve. I submitted my craft to a major publication for the last six months, but I am still getting rejections because my writing standard does not match the publication standard. 3 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening

Conclusion: Whenever I work on my personal growth, I keep my phone switched off, mainly for reading and writing. And on holiday,
