The beauty of the evening routine, you do not need to hit the snooze button; basically, you start your day 12 hours before.
An evening routine is easy to develop than a morning routine:
I strictly follow my evening routine. Because there is no point to hit my snooze button like a morning routine; However, I am a morning person; if you do not sleep every day on time, you will probably hit the snooze button in the morning. It does not matter how strong your willpower and commitment, first body complete its sleep cycle then you can wake up yourself.
Being a founder, I have a hectic schedule that still makes my time free in the evening; after the pandemic, I continue my evening routine; my evening routine starts from 6 PM.
Bath Every evening:
I never feel so much myself as when I’m in a hot bath.

6 PM: go to the bath ( I bath two times a day, if I do not bath in the evening, I am not able to get deep sleep, and it also helps me to prevent any virus, this habit I have developed due to COVID-19, but its become my habits, I can not start my evening, without a bath.
Listen to podcasts and watch motivational videos :
6:30 to 7:30 PM, I watch a motivational video or listen to a podcast related to my area of endeavour and also surf social media; I only surf social before 8 PM not more than 30 minutes,
8:30 to 9:30 PM, for dinner, I used to make my dinner with my wife, but currently, I am not with my family, so I used to prefer to listen to Audiobooks,
Review my goals and plan for the next day:
9:30 PM, I write my journal and review my daily goals, what I missed and what I achieved, then I write the plan for the next day; I remember I had never slept without writing down my next day plan for the last 5 years.
Read and write my gratitude journal:
End the day with gratitude. There is someone, somewhere that has less than you. — Zig Ziglar
At 10 PM, I read 20 pages and write my gratitude journal before going to bed; I never sleep without giving my subconscious mind the command.
Conclusion: The evening routine increases my productivity drastically as well as my health too. If you cut your social media time, you can easily maintain an evening routine, Evening routine makes you a new person, and it shows you are serious about your plan. It’s easy to develop.
