I use the T-20 cricket format for the Morning Ritual.

The story is born after the T-20 world cup cricket match between India and Pakistan the last month. I don’t watch a single minute of any cricket format, but I love a format of 20–20 and use it in my life. although I have been practising my morning rituals for the last five years.

I am a founder of an online food tech company, and I have a hectic schedule; not only me, but it also belongs to every founder. If you are not keeping yourself fit and healthy, your career growth can stop.

I used to do 20 pushups, 20 squats, and 100 cross-leg every morning. Without all three exercises, I will not start my day. It will only take 20 to 30 minutes. Now it’s become my habit.
