Regardless of the nature of your venture, this book review will provide you with valuable insights. The book has been somewhat under-rated and seems to have been lost in oblivion. I recently stumbled upon the book and have been mesmerized by the way the book was written. The Author has given her personal opinions on varied subjects about professional success and personal growth.
Her journey inspires you to do something bigger than your past.
If you are struggling entrepreneurs, you must read the book “How to be a BAWSE.” But those who are serious readers like me at first glance take it wrong because the book is full of the Author’s vivid images and wisdom quotes, but once you read this book line by line, it will change your life.
Before reading this book, I read 100 books on personal growth and self-development. But this book is entirely different from any other available books for the last decade.
This book gives substantial insight into any of your ventures. It’s a complete guide to master your mind to build a Unicorn.
At the beginning of her career, Miss Lilly Singh failed in her venture due to other Co-Founders and team members had not equally committed to their work as she was.
According to the Startup Genome Report, 18% of startups failed due to improper coordination and commitment among the Co-Founders. On similar notes, Lilly’s venture too failed, which resulted in financial issues. For the next adventure, she has planned to start something on her capability, So She can not blame anyone for her success and failure.
Now the first lesson of struggling entrepreneurs (i) If you are the Founder and Co-founder of the company, you must possess some individuals skills, like;

Next venture, you can start on your capabilities and commitment. Or you can bounce back later when you find another co-founder who is equally committed to the company mission and vision.

1. You must learn to love yourself:

When you love yourself that you can genuinely love others, you are probably not the happiest version. Loving yourself means wanting to make yourself proud; when you love, you communicate with them openly.

You don’t focus on finding the loopholes on someone else rather than focus your energy on what you learn from someone.
3. Can not control the people; control your reaction:
“If you cannot control people, then control your reaction to them. If you cannot control a situation, then prepare for it.”
A BAWSE understands that there are many things in life; you have no control, but you have to prepare for it.
4. Internet is remarkable and revolutionary:
Since the last two decades, every billion dollars business belongs to the Internet.
5. Vision boards work as similar to GPS:
Vision boards are similar to How GPS helps you reach your destination, but you cannot rich there without putting it in an address in GPS. Similarly, you don’t have a vision; you do not achieve paramount in your life.
There are two types of vision: vision boards and visualization. Creating a vision board gives you clarity, self-awareness, and what you want from your life; she keeps her vision boards above her bed.

Many life situations require you to climb an invisible ladder, and it’s not usually an easy climb; you have to earn each rung. Her secret to success is precisely what most people don’t want to hear. It is a ton of hard work.
There is no escalator to success. You have to take the stairs.

Without Setting the deadline, the definition of life is shallow. Procrastination is a hustler’s worst enemy! Setting a deadline takes a tremendous amount of self-discipline.

Failure does not necessarily mean the end of an idea or project. When things do not go the way anticipated, it is to feel like we have to start over, but that is not always the case. Just because one door has closed, It does not mean it can not be knocked down or forced back to open. BAWSE also knows that other times failure can be molded into an unexpected success.
12. Smile for a reason:
Be Santa, Smile for a reason. Smile when you hear someone’s name, smile when they tell you what they do, and smile when telling you how they know your friend. Smile in response to meeting someone’s new and repeating someone’s name after you meet them.
13. Being nice to people:
Successful people understand the importance of positivity. They know that their ideas will be rejected, things will go opposite, and mistakes will happen, No matter what, and they still need to maintain a positive approach. Being nice to people is vitally important when it comes to receiving opportunities.
People will never work with someone horrible to be around. The power of being nice to people should not be under-valued. I got many opportunities to be kind to people. If you are nice to people, you will make them feel good. And when you make someone feel good, they will associate you with these good feelings. That connection is vitally important if you want to be successful. After all, people will want to work with, give opportunities, and support people who make them feel good.

ReadnbRich: Many people don’t want to read Self-Help books because they already read 100 or even 1000 books, assuming they know everything. I remind them of Zig Zigler Quote: “ People often say that motivation doesn’t last; neither does bathing; that’s why I recommend it daily.
I encouraged you to read chapters repeatedly because becoming a BAWSE is a process that does not happen overnight. Being a BAWSE is hard work. It requires a massive amount of dedication and hustle.
She will provide a framework. It’s up to you how you tweak it. As a human being, our mind is the biggest asset, but vice-versa. It’s also the biggest obstacle.
