Clarity is required in every area of your life. If you are not clear about the goal, it’s a vogue to achieve. Clarity comes through daily practice and discussion with peers and industry leaders; if you do not have the mentorship of an industry leader, read about him on social media or their biography. Every great leader becomes successful because they have clarity in personal, professional, and financial life. If you do not have a clear goal, try to write,re-write every morning; as time goes, your purpose becomes clear; once your plan becomes clear, try to act on it.

Correctness:
You can correct yourself; it is also possible correctness come through your colleague, friends, mentors, but once someone tries to fix you its human nature you will oppose it, do not oppose it, try to analyze it, figure out the reason behind it and accept it and correct yourself. If you do not update yourself, you will never grow in your life. So be ready to change yourself, and it starts within you and starts now. There are various tools and psychology tests available to judge yourself.
Completeness:
Do not communicate with any incomplete message; if you do not have complete information about a particular letter, do not try to communicate, It’s tough for the receiver to believe in your message. Before transmitting, Develop the habit of thinking on paper and writing on paper they will try to communicate.
Concreteness: It is the basis of your successful life in any endeavour, Do not try to communicate any shallow work; it makes your goal fragile; Concreteness come through deep work, rigorous practice reading about your industry leader.
Conciseness:
Always communicate and be transparent with everyone. Do not try to overuse any words, and I have seen many people in our work culture even you can see in your work culture too, they become habitual to speak one sentence, again and again, Such kind habit of tame your communication skill, When I was trying to write this article, I only focus on the concise and brief sentence. Coherence:

Courtesy:
Always speak soft and polite; your tone of voice describe your personality; every great leader leads their organization with civility in their communication, Do not ask anything from anybody without adding the prefix “Please” in your first sentence and always say “Thank You” with the heart of your voice.
