Communication:
Communication has played a significant role since birth; you know that, when we are born, our parents and doctor notice that the newborn baby is crying or not. If a child is crying, they communicate, so you can say that Communication is the inborn quality of every human being, but very few people communicate well in personal and professional life.
You know that Communication is the key, And What is essential: the key can open any door on similar notes. Communication is the first key to open your door to any endeavour. You must have the ability to connect with potential buyers, sellers, and investors. When you communicate with anybody, you must remember few points in your mind.
- Communicate with clarity; clarity is the seeds of greatness.
- You must have the ability to connect with anyone in less than 90 seconds. First, 2 seconds how to respond or react; rest 88 seconds start cementing your relationship. (If you are an undergraduate, you must read the book “Convince them in 90 Seconds by Nicholas Boothman.”)
- Always use a positive word and do not use a single negative word; it makes you a victim, while a positive comment leads you to a leadership position.

Consistency:
If Cash is King, then consistency is Kingdom. And you know that kingdoms do not build by one or two efforts; consistency requires eternal discipline and rigorous practice. So, for example, I deliver food products to every single customer every single day at the same time without any single discontinuation.
Cash:
If you are a first-time business owner or founder, you must have 180 days advance cash in your bank account. Yes, their dozen startups build with less money, or founders manage money on the journey, but more than 1000 startups kill every month because they do not have proper cash management. So before deploying a single dollar in your venture, you make a money management plan and write it down in your notebook and stick with it.
Customers Feedback:
Customers feedback everything in the business or even any relationship. Look, if you see any top company in the world, they always focus on every single feedback, they evolve their products according to customer feedback they will be the leader now.

Five to ten years ago, company employees handled the customer feedback; you hardly found the company CEO replying to customer feedback. Now I have seen some posts on social media, few of the company’s CEOs and Founders directly responding to them or taking action on it. So when customers get a response from top management, they feel appreciated and add value to your company.

All 4c, I cover in a nutshell what I faced in my venture, although Communication alone is the big subject to explain it.
